I remember drawing boxes with drop shadows at school in 1984. Since about 1996 I would draw a floating box in my sketchbook if something stuck out in my mind or felt important and I wanted to remember it. So these are scanned from sketchbooks with their respective years written underneath. I can't decide if I prefer them photoshopped into isolation or raw from the scanner so I've included a combination.
